- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Set the scene... 5:30 pm and the store closes in 30 minutes. Foreman from jobsite safely rushing to the store to ship to critical tools from Huntsville Alabama to Vero Beach Florida. Katie calms the situation, assures us the package will go out and confirms it will be delivered tomorrow at 12 o'clock. 5:50 we walk in and Katie handles everything. Now the crew of 12 men can continue to work through the weekend. Thank God for people like Katie and for great companies like UPS that really care!!!!By Scott Winslett, January 26, 2017
