- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't know why I expect anything more from a United States post office but if I could I would give this place 0 stars and tell you to avoid at all cost. Employees are slow and have terrible attitudes. Consistently have 1 or maybe 2 workers at the busiest times of the day though there are always plenty just meandering around in the back. Shop is never stocked with all of the shipping supplies you need. On my last visit there, I spent my entire lunch break standing in line to mail one package. My advice, give UPS or mailboxes etc. you business, not this place.By Matt S, April 05, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not attempt to get a passport at this location. I called to verify that they receive passport applications until 3PM. I was told to get out of line at 2:20PM bc there was a couple of people ahead of me in line. Not cool when I had to check my child out of school. Not cool for the CSR to act ugly about it. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆An employee delivered a package to my apartment about thirty minutes ago. She wasn't very friendly and dropped my husband's box THREE different times right in front of me! I was getting something out of my car just a few feet away. She dropped it once, picked it up and dropped it a second time, then picked it up a third time and dropped it again. As she was walking back to ger vehicle, I said, "Well I hope there was nothing fragile in there." She just ignored me. I know everyone has bad days, but I would appreciate something my husband or I paid for not be broken as a result.By Kelley Washington, February 16, 2017
