  Mrs. Constance is by far the rudest individual working in customer service. Her and her representative are equally yolked. 1st Franklin will call you and try to give you a loan with a very outrageous interest rate and then when u do decide to work with them,mrs. Constance and partner are very rude,don't fully explain everything that they are about to perform or executive on their customers. They pull your credit multiple times and they perorm the same steps that you previous go through and it's not even 5 months. They speak and treat the customers as if we are not equals or not all adults.Jessica was just as rude supporting Constance like a cheerleader as if they hate their job and made it very clear that customer service and satisfaction is not there goal. I would not refer nor recommend anyone or anything to this company. 32 years that I have lived and I have never been disrespected nor spoken to as rude as these ladies in which they called me to come get a loan. One thing is very clear,either they hate there jobs or they hate there lives. Which ever one it may be,100 percent that it is bleeding through and they have no hospitality or respect for any man nor woman nor child. So sad for them and disgusted at the same time.
