- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely poor customer service. My husband bought my wedding rings, not sure why in the first place, at B&B and was told they do have a trade up program. When we called about trading up, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Prior to that I called them about doing a repair to a prong and they wanted to charge me 100 to repair!
