- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Wow, bad service followed by followed by bad service. I just cancelled my car insurance policy. It all started when I had to talk to the claims adjuster and he was downright rude. No wait, it all started when the agent didn’t call me for 2 years and then had an office person call and ask me to come it to talk to him. I said I was really busy and he was welcome to come to my office. Expensive insurance and bad service is not a good combination.By Bill Booker, August 26, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Can't say enough good about this office!!! They are on top of things ALL of the time. Agents and adjusters as well as the others in the office that keep them going. We have our house and 4 cars insured here. Have always had exceptional efficiency in handling any claims we've ever had to make.
