  A package for me had been cited as 'Undeliverable as addressed' on the USPS Tracking page. After speaking on the phone with a USPS representative, she tracked the package back to this office and gave me their #, which was great! So I called, and the employee said they would look for the package and quote "Call me back shortly." I did not hear from them for three hours. That's alright, they can get busy. So on my way to run errands, I go to this office. Upon entering, everyone is in a very bad mood; customers and employees alike. Nonetheless, when I arrive at the desk, I inform the agent of my situation and ask if the person I spoke with had seen the package, or if I may pick it up now. The employee went to the back, returned, and proceeded to berate me with the words "My manager said she would call you back when she found it." So, first of all, the manager was who I spoke with earlier. Secondly, I am being hounded by both the manager and an employee for wondering where my package is. Thirdly, they made no effort in that moment to help me. Alright, fast forward multiple days later and I call them back. I speak to a man named Dennis I believe. And bless you Dennis, cause you're the only person who sincerely cared about my situation. I told him the relevant info about the untraceable package, and he checked with the manager, and then checked, and double-checked, for my package. It was nowhere to be found. Thank you Dennis for your time, patience, and efforts, even though the package couldn't be located. Now here's the kicker. What he said to me, that the same manager had told him, was that "We didn't call you because we couldn't find the package." WHAT! BAHAHAHAHA are you McFrickin kidding me. This office didn't find the package... so... there was no reason to call. CAUTION: AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.

  Undeserving of even one star. Don't waste your money on a PO box here - nothing is EVER delivered on time and takes a few days to show up. I have things ordered with prime that should have been in my box days ago and this is a common occurrence. Will be going out of my way to a different post office in the future. Ridiculous.

  There was a box jammed into my po Box blocking the opening so I waited in line, told the counter and he went to my box and got the box but not the rest of the mail that was stuck behind it. I told him there was a yellow slip in my box for a package I need to pick up. He said ok just bring it back up here. What??? So I had to go back to my po Box, get the slip and stand in line again. And as you can see from other reviews, the lines here are INSANE. The people that work here are in no rush to get the line down. The mail pick up window is never open so people just needing to grasp a package have to wait in line for 30 minutes sometimes. This location needs an overhaul and more staff.

  The absolute worst post office I have ever visited. I had printed out a shipping label from USPS and the 2 behind the counter told me they couldn't ship with that label. They said it didn't even have a proof of purchase or a shipping amount. I said fine I will take it elsewhere, and the guy behind the counter gave a smart reply. I proceeded to another post office where they scanned the label and said I was good to go! I can't believe the ineptitude of some of these employees.
